I’m a lucky gal.
I usually think of myself as “not a group person,” noticing that it’s incredibly easy for me to get a little lost interpreting dynamics. Sometimes I retreat into myself without meaning to.
I think it says something—(a lot, actually), that this birthday trip to Nashville, with 10 of us total, felt rejuvenating in a way that makes me feel more alive than drained. I feel more seen than ever, in all the ways that matter.

I am so lucky.
Thank you so much, to such a loving group of friends, that chose to show up and show out and lean into all of the details that made this trip unique to me. (Including, for example, a presentation night, photo shoot, rooftop Dolly bar, hot dogs, spontaneous tattoos, and a rhinestone cowgirl theme.) Don’t even get me started on a book full of memories co-authored by my loved ones—I’m not ready to bawl again.

Thank you for embracing each other with that same energy, acceptance, humor, and love that makes my life the kind I want to keep celebrating at 30 and beyond.

I love y’all, always.
