Sometimes, we need things fast. Whether you’re in a time crunch, need an easy ADHD snack to fixate on, or just don’t have the energy to scroll for inspiration, I’ve got you covered. Enter: a yogurt bowl.
So, here it is: a quick recipe. A quick post. The basics, quickly summarized.
Introducing: the most delicious, and (yes, quickest!) yogurt-based snack to add to your recipe repertoire.

Yogurt bowl
Ingredients:
- Single serving of non-dairy yogurt
- 1/2 cup granola
- 2 tbs peanut butter
- banana (or any other fresh fruit of choice)
Directions:
Heat up some peanut butter for about 10 seconds in a bowl, add in vanilla non-dairy yogurt, stir. Top it with granola and a chopped banana. If I’m being honest, I don’t even measure—you figure out how much is enough through trial and error and eying it to perfection.
That’s it! The end!
This is a go-to breakfast for me. It’s easy, nutritious, and delicious. Enjoy!

I’ve recently been snacking on raspberry roll ups: fresh raspberries and peanut butter in a tortilla. Sometimes I throw the tortilla in a pan to warm/crisp it up just a bit or add some chocolate chips. Delicious!
That sounds delicious! And super easy. Thanks for sharing that.
